Description

The role of a regional or general manager in CI is not an easy one ... this persons is responsible for the efficient management of the overall manufacturing process including quality control, maximizing offender training, safety & security, and often takes the lead on most problem solving activities. This course is designed for current operational managers, as well as shop managers who wish to expand on their knowledge of operational management. You'll learn methods to maximize plant efficiencies, tools to help you with process analysis, and how to perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
