By the end of this session you will be able to:
• Define and recognise stress
• Identify actual and potential causes of stress in the work situation and how stress can be beneficial as well as harmful
• Recognise how undue stress can manifest itself in terms of emotions and behaviours
• Identify behaviours indicative of stress in others
• Explore your own stressors and identify triggers
• Demonstrate your contribution to leadership through identifying ways in which you can minimise the stress in the workplace
