This session provides an outline of the gas laws that govern the behaviour of gases found in anaesthesia.

William Boaden

Following initial training as an engineer, William studied medicine and qualified from Kings College, London. He was a Senior Registrar in Anaesthesia in Bristol and the South West and subsequently was appointed a Consultant at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital.

His interests include Medical Equipment, Standards and Anaesthesia for Vascular and Orthopaedic Surgery.
