Asad Ali and Gavin Perkins
on behalf of Health Education England

Asad Ali is a Specialist Registrar in Respiratory and General Medicine in the West Midlands, currently based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital.

Gavin Perkins is Professor of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Warwick and Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. He trained in respiratory and critical care medicine in the West Midlands region. His research and clinical interests are acute lung injury, medical emergencies and resuscitation.
