This session explores four methods commonly used to estimate burn extent and investigates the potential role of technology in measuring and documenting burn extent.

Johann is an army plastic surgical registrar on the Oxford rotation.

Mansoor Khan
Plastics Consultant, Salisbury District Hospital

Mansoor Khan BSc (Hons) MD FRCS (Plast) graduated from Aberdeen University in 1995 and completed an MD at Imperial College in 2003.

He undertook a year-long fellowship in New Zealand in reconstructive and burns surgery before taking up his post as a consultant burn and reconstructive surgeon at Salisbury District Hospital in 2008.
