This session will describe the features of melting skin graft syndrome and identify the organisms that are involved. Later sections will offer advice on how to treat a melting skin graft.

Nicholas Hodgins
Core Surgical Trainee

Nicholas is a core surgical trainee working in plastic surgery. He graduated from medical school at the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in 2009 and achieved membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2012.

Sarah Pape
Clinical Lead

Sarah is a consultant plastic surgeon at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Her specialist interests are burns and laser surgery. She has a Masters in Clinical Education and is a former Programme Director in the Northern Deanery.
