Uwe Franke -
Consultant Intensivist and Anaesthetist, James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough

Uwe graduated from Humboldt University Berlin, Germany in 2001. Following research and postgraduate training in Medicine in Berlin he moved to North East England to undergo training in Medicine, Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine.

His special interests are intensive care medicine, emergency anaesthesia and maxillofacial, difficult and shared airway anaesthesia.

Uwe is a content author for the e-LA and e-ICM projects.

Leo Jeyaraj -
Consultant Anaesthetist, James Cook University Hospital

Post-graduate training in Anaesthetics from : UK, India and Canada (Ottawa).
Interests: Obstetric Anaesthesia and Regional Anaesthesia
