Description

The session will familiarize you with the diagnosis, classification and aetiology of ARF. Modifications to general and regional anaesthesia are discussed along with the effects anaesthesia has on renal function.

Graduated from Cambridge in 1998, trained in acute medicine at Norwich before starting anaesthetics in Bury St Edmunds then returned home to the Northern Region dual accrediting with Intensive Care Medicine. Currently working in adult general and neurointensive care with anaesthesia, interests include education and outreach.
