Charlotte Ansell qualified as a diagnostic radiographer in 2005.

After working as a rotational radiographer across the multiple modalities in diagnostic imaging at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, Charlotte worked as the Paediatric Superintendent Radiographer in Evelina London Children’s Hospital between 2010 and 2017.

During her radiographic career Charlotte has qualified as a reporting radiographer in both appendicular and axial skeleton and is an active member of the Guy’s and St. Thomas reporting radiographer team.

Charlotte successfully gained MSc accreditation in 2015 completing a service improvement project based on the effect of standardisation of radiographic technique in surveillance imaging of paediatric cerebral palsy patients.

Charlotte currently works as Site Superintendent Radiographer at Guy’s Hospital and is directly responsible for the operational delivery of the imaging service on the Guy’s site including x-ray, computed tomography (CT), fluoroscopic and interventional radiology, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound and oncology services from the Guy’s Cancer Centre.
