Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the division of Child Development at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is the staff psychologist within the International Adoption Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and has been licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in Wisconsin since 2008. She provides support to families at all stages of their adoption journeys, including pre-adoption education, initial consultation following a child’s entrance into the family, school-age assessment, and trauma-informed child/family therapy. Dr. Wilson is currently credentialed within Wisconsin as an Infant Mental Health Mentor (Level IV – Clinical). Along with direct service to children and families, she provides reflective supervision to Early Head Start home visitors within Waukesha and West Bend, WI. professional beyond graduation by presenting educational interventions that support individual, organizational and public health improvement.

Our goal is to assist the healthcare professional to achieve higher levels of competence, performance and thus improve patient outcomes by:
• Utilizing certified education, consulting and applied research to the practice of medicine
• Disseminate information regarding evidence-based data, research and advanced technology for practical application by the healthcare professional
