Dr Shuipa Jesudason Provides a very interisting presentation/report on what KHA has achieved and furture projects, supporting patients and carers/families living with CKD to ESKD. There are many very good resources that healthcare professionals can access and that will help promote awareness, and to support patiens'/carers' journeys. A very positive side to KHA is the the extent of input of the people i.e. patient/carer community. Thank you and please stay safe everyone
