It took me some time to read and reread in order to pass the exam without using the notes. It was just something I wanted to do without notes in order to make it more meaningful learning for me. I wanted a good grasp of of what I was learning. I will use the fill in notes to continue to prepare my class for the upcoming school year.

Description

During the early school years, students must begin to develop good work habits including preparing for schoolwork, organizing time and effort, and developing effective study skills. As children continue into middle school and high school their success depends, to a large degree, on refining and sustaining these work habits. being organized is as crucial for the student as it is the teacher. We, as educators, need to model what that looks like so when they go home, they understand work space.

Lots of good ideas for teaching kids to plan ahead, but I did need to reread a couple of sections due to wording being a little difficult to understand.
