Description

What happens when we participate in or witness acts that transgress our moral beliefs? Literature is suggesting that Moral Injury best describes what veterinary professionals feel at times in their veterinary career when pet care decisions may go against personal morals. This session will define what Moral Injury is, how it differs from other states of wellbeing such as Burnout, PTSD, Compassion Fatigue, and present ways that professionals can heal and cope.
