Overall this information is presented fairly well in terms of the discussion and facilitation - especially for such a tricky subject. However, the ability to see the slides being discussed and to hear the questions from the audience are subpar due to the presentation being taped at a live event.

The course is very good and informative, it was hard to see the content of the slide through the video, I’m wondering if you can provide the slides as part of the course.

Verbal presentation was clear but the slides could hardly be seen. The lights in the room should have been lowered. We did not need to see the audience clearly but seeing the screen would've been useful. As a professional organization, we need to take the proceeds from these courses and upgrade the slides into something that meets the standards of facilitation organizations. I totally appreciate standardized content but it must be well-presented to improve the learning experience. The basic function is Teach Content!
