This webinar is designed to help your team members understand the value of learning how to respond to Invisalign inquiries in a confident and professional manner. We call them ‘Solution Providers’. It highlights the Receptionist’s important role in the patient consent process and also instructs them in how to complete the New Invisalign Patient Inquiry Tracker. It should be viewed prior to embarking on the Solutions Provider Telephone Training Programme. (7mins)

Why is this training important?

Practices often spend hundreds of pounds on advertising that’s designed to drive inquiries to the phone, yet invest very little in the resources to respond to them. Every Invisalign inquiry is precious and is an opportunity to help the new patient make an investment in their oral health. Many Receptionists are not confident with the skills of building a trusting relationship between the practice and the new patient. They are also unfamiliar with completing the Inquiry Tracker – a vital tool in the quality management of this stage of the Invisalign Patient Journey.

What is it?

The webinar explains why Invisalign inquiries are important and what lies behind the new patient’s questions. It explains the Receptionist’s role in the consent process and why they should encourage the new patient to attend for a consultation or receive a Welcome Pack. Finally, it explains why the Inquiry Tracker is important and how it should be completed.

Who is it suitable for?

This webinar is designed primarily for team members who deal with inquiries, but will also be useful for the Invisalign Dental Nurse and Treatment Coordinator. Completion of the associated workbook will provide the equivalent of 30 minutes of verifiable CPD, with a Certificate of Competence available on successful completion of a MCQ.
