Description

In this session, core principles pertaining to setting and aligning expectations for students on experiential rotations will be introduced and expanded on. Additionally, attendees will learn and apply strategies to identify learner deficiencies and to design a rotation plan addressing students who are not meeting expectations. Finally, various types of motivation strategies for all levels of students will be discussed.

This program has been reviewed by the Texas Consortium on Experiential Programs and has been approved for preceptor education and training for Texas preceptors.

This course is not approved for technician participants.
