Dentistry: Getting To The Root Of The Problem explores the progressive ideologies of dentistry. Periodontal and endodontic diseases are the most common dental diseases diagnosed and they are often misunderstood. With the completion of this course, participants will understand the pathogenesis, clinical signs, and radiographic signs, and will be able to implement progressive treatment options that is ideal for each patient.

Feline dental disease can be complex, often resulting in unsatisfied clients. However, participants will be able to fully explain how and why gingivostomatitis and eosinophilic granuloma complex occurs predominantly in cats and be able to implement proper treatment protocols. Exotic medicine is on the rise in general practice and dental care for these exotic patients requires special training. Anesthesia, pain management, common dental diseases and radiology techniques are covered at length for rabbits, rodents, ferrets, hedgehogs and sugar gliders.

Dentistry: Getting To The Root Of The Problem is a follow-up course to Dentistry: Polishing Up Your Dental Basics and builds on the base concepts presented in that course
